We opened with one stubborn idea: a fully vegetarian menu should never read like a list of things left out. So the oven runs hot all day, the pesto is ground in-house, the syrup shelf behind the counter is deep, and the kitchen borrows freely — a bruschetta board next to a bowl of hakka noodles, and nobody minds.
